Pick up from TIA

Please note that the guests can request for a complimentary airport pickup from the international airport by submitting their flight details at least 48 hours in advance.

Check –in and Check-out Time

  • Check-in time is from 13:00 pm and check-out time is by 12:00 Noon.
  • Early check – in and late check – out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charge may apply 
  • A passport and valid visa is required at check-in for all nationalities. Indian nationality is required only passport at the check-in 
  • Should you arrive at the hotel prior to the normal check-in time, you are advised to approach the Hotel’s Guest Services Desk for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available. If arriving early, you are also advised to consider making a reservation for the evening prior to your arrival. 
  • Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level.

RATES AND DEPOSIT 

  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. A deposit may be required for certain room types or packages. 
  • Cancellations and modifications to reservations are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy.

Payment 

  • Payment for the room and any incidental charges is required upon check-in. 
  • Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit cards, and traveler’s checks. A credit card authorization hold may be placed on the card for incidentals.

Smoking Policy

  • Our hotel is a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including rooms and common areas. However, you may smoke in the outside public area.
  • A cleaning fee will be charged to guests who violate this policy.

Pet Policy

  • Pets are not allowed on the premises

Noise and Behavior

  • Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and avoid making excessive noise that may disturb other guests.
  • Management reserves the right to evict guests who are disruptive or violate hotel policies.

Damages

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. 
  • Charges for damages will be assessed and billed to the guest’s credit card.

Safety and Security 

  • For the safety and security of all guests, please use the room safe for valuables and lock the room door when not in the room.
  • Hotel management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Child breakfast charge 

  • All rooms and suite rates do not include child breakfast charge. 
  • Child breakfast charge $10 is applicable for any child above five years old. 
  • Breakfast for children 5 years and under is free.

General Provisions 

  • By continuing to make a reservation, you acknowledge and agree that if the reservation is accepted by the hotel, your subsequent stay must be subject to the hotel’s standard rules. 
  • If the hotel believes that the reservation information provided is incorrect or incomplete, it may cancel the reservation at its sole discretion. All deposits made with an unauthorized debit or credit card must be canceled by the hotel 
  • The hotel reserves the right to change, amend and/or otherwise modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • The hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, cost or expense you may incur as a result of cancellation made by the hotel.
